I will first admit that I am somewhat of a compulsive eater. I like to eat a lot. I love food. It seemed like I could never get completely filled up. Then I tried the Hoodia diet pills for the first time.

My first encounter with this appetite suppressant was less than thrilling. I started off by taking a Hoodia pill after lunch and then again, one pill after dinner. I did this for two straight days and still didn't notice any changes in how full I was.

So I went ahead and read the instructions that came with my bottle of Hoodia diet pills. It mentioned that people react differently to different amounts of this substance. I figured that it was possible that I could be one of those people who 'react differently'.

The instructions also said that different people may require different doses and that the active ingredient in Hoodia needs to build up in your system before you start to feel any effects. I decided to give it another try and to give it some time to take effect.

The next day I took one of my Hoodia diet pills in the morning, one at lunch and then one right after dinner. The following morning I didn't really feel hungry but I took another pill anyway and continued my dosing schedule of one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one after dinner.

By the following day, I guess the active ingredient in Hoodia must have really started kicking in. I didn't feel hungry all day. I had to basically force myself to eat. The nice thing about eating when you are not hungry is that you don't succumb to cravings that would have you eating the foods that are normally your worst enemy. You can eat fruits and vegetables and other healthy types of foods.

My rule is that I always allow myself to have one of my favorite foods for dinner. It gives me something to look forward to during the day. My other rule is that I always remember to make my last Hoodia diet pill of the day right after dinner. This helps to cut down on my cravings for desserts. Overall I would have to say that Hoodia has helped me to feel full most of the time.
